Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, services require a deposit upfront with the balance due upon project completion or on a monthly basis for ongoing services. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for their project. CJResults retains the right to use project work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
CJResults will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms and any applicable fees will be outlined in individual service agreements.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
